摘要
文章针对二通插装阀系统研究一种统一建模的方法。首先从系统最基本单元液阻开始研究 ,重新定义和分类 ,并绘制新的液阻符号 ,然后建立不同液阻类型的统一数学模型。在系统回路的建模中 ,研究如何采用模块化结构组合成完整的系统模型。最后以先导溢流阀基型为例详细叙述建模的过程。
The article mainly researches the way of uniform modeling on 2/2 cartridge valve.First,researching hydraulic valves start with its essence.Based on Hydraulic Resistance Control Theory.the author redefines Hydraulic Resistance units' definition and class,and draws the different Hydraulic Resistance units' symbols;also establish Hydraulic Resistances' model base.Using the model base,we can decompose all of the hydraulic circuits or components,and adopt the unified Hydraulic Resistance models to express them.Finally,the article supplies the relief valve about modeling and analyzing.
