摘要
用银板环包绕家兔颈总动脉法制成动脉内膜增厚模型，系统观察游走平滑肌的表型特点。发现了游走平滑肌细胞的游走机能与形态改变之间的关系，
The model of tunica intima thickening was made through surrounding common carotid artery by silver cuff. The phenotype characteristics of migrating smooth muscle cells were observed system atically. The relationship between phenotype and migration was found, which estabalished the foundation for further study of the mechanism of migration.
