颈部良性非甲状腺肿块316例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨颈部良性非甲状腺肿块诊断和治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析316例颈部良性非甲状腺肿块患者的临床资料。结果316例患者中,颈淋巴结炎63例,淋巴结结核55例,囊肿133例,实质性良性肿瘤53例,脓肿12例;手术治疗198例,术前、后诊断符合率为97%。术后复发6例,复发率为3.03%。结论颈部良性非甲状腺肿块的诊断复杂及多样性,需结合临床体征及辅助检查综合分析,做出正确的诊断,选择适宜的治疗方案,达到最佳治疗效果。
