摘要
本文探讨了磷酸盐玻璃载银复合抗菌剂在聚乙烯中的应用。结果表明:当抗菌剂的添加量为基体树脂的1‰时,抗菌塑料对细菌的抗菌率大于90%,有抗菌效果;当抗菌剂的添加量为基体树脂的3‰时,抗菌塑料对细菌的抗菌率为100%,达到了强抗菌效果。将抗菌样品再经过加速老化15天后,抗菌率仍为99%以上,抗菌长效性好。
In this paper, a new Ag-carrying phosphate glass antimicrobial has been studied, when 1‰ antimicrobial agent was added into polyethylene (PE), The antimicrobial activity of these resin samples can attach 90% ;when 3‰ antimicrobial agent was added into polyethylene, The antimicrobial activity of these resin samples can attach 100 %, and the antimicrobial activity could maintain 99 % when these samples were watered in the warm warter for fifteen days.
