摘要
本文结合油田现场实际潜油电机相关资料建立了潜油电机故障树,并对故障树进行了反推,最后基于VC++开发环境的面向对象处理能力建立了基于故障树的潜油电机故障诊断系统。提高了潜油电机故障诊断的效率。保证设备有效工作、延长检泵周期、提高油田生产整体经济效益。
The electric submersible motor fault tree was set tap combined with the practical relevant data of the oilfield, and was established reversely. The electric submersible motor fault diagnosing system based on fault tree was founded through the ca pability of oriented-object of Visual C ++.This technology enhanced the fault diagnosing efficiency of the electric submersible motor,assured the equipment working efficiency, and prolonged the checking period, improved the whole production economy benefit of the oilfield.
