摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷等作为交联剂,采用丙烯酸酯作为改性剂合成改性水性聚氨酯乳液。将该乳液配胶制成的胶粘剂对PVC复合包装膜粘结性能好。采用傅立叶红外光谱仪对合成的改性聚氨酯乳液进行了结构表征。
The aqueous polyurethane emulsion was prepared through to use trimethylolpropane (TMP) as cross - linkers and acrylate as modified agents by emulsion co - polymerization. The modify emulsion was used to formulate the adhesive which can satisfy the requirement for package composite film of PVC. The structure and properties of the emulsion was characterized by Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR).
