摘要
生物化学是联系基础医学与临床医学的重要学科，而生化实验则是生化教学的一个重要环节。其目的是培养学生思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力，激发学生对生物化学课程学习的兴趣。为了提高生物化学实验课的教学质量，对实验过程中所遇到的一些问题进行了一定的分析和探讨，并积极地应用于实验教学中去。
Biochemistry is the joint between the basic and clinical medicine and biochemical experiments are an important link for biochemistry teaching. Its objective is to cultivate the student＇ s ability of thinking, analyzing and solving problems, and also spurring students to learn more about biochemistry. To improve the quality of the experimental teaching of biochemistry, we analyze some questions during experimental teaching and get much good experience for experimental teaching of biochemistry.
