摘要
针对涡轮盘材料GH4133合金,在电子束焊后采用新颖的电子束局部热处理工艺对接头进行热处理。通过700℃高温疲劳试验,研究了电子束局部热处理对电子束焊接接头疲劳寿命的影响,旨在为航空构件的电子束焊接及焊后电子束局部热处理加工积累性能数据和经验。
After electron beam welding, electron beam local heat treatment was applied in GH4133 superalloy as the turbine disk material in this paper. The effects of electron beam post- weld local heat treatment on the fatigue property of the joint were studied by the 700 ℃ high temperature fatigue experiment, which can accumulate properties data and experiences for the electron beam welding and its post- weld local heat treatment of the aviation components.
