摘要
用粘弹谱仪方法分析非晶态高聚物聚氯乙烯(PVC)冷加工效应所引起内耗峰,并用DSC差热分析方法观察不同的冷加工方式对冷加工内托峰的影响,得出一个用冷加工内耗峰初步判断冷加工过程中非晶态高聚物分子链段末端距方均根分布的变化趋势。
Internal friction was systematically measured by using Viscoelastisity Analysizer in amorphous polymer PVC (a PVC). It was found that a cold-work internal friction peak (CWIFP) appeared before T, transition. The parameters of CWIFP depend on the value and way of cold-work deformation. By measuring the enthalpy change (AH) caused by different cold-work way, we can connect CWIFP with (AH) and, furthermore, analysis of structure change of a-PVC under cold-work deformation. It is possilbe; that the change of the distance between two ends of molecular chain in a-PVC can be determined by investigating the change of parameters of CWIFP.
