摘要
分析了一稿多投之风愈演愈烈的原因,对一稿多投和一稿多发的现象以及人们对此的不同理解和认识进行了辨析,用事实说明处理退稿的必要性。
The reasons behind the raging phenomenon of ＂one paper submitted to several papers＂ are analyzed and given. Different understandings towards the phenomena of ＂one paper submitted to several journals＂ and ＂one paper published in several journals＂ are discussed. With examples, the necessity of rejecting poor-quality contributions is illustrated.
