摘要 提出了包括以菌体浓度X,基质浓度S,产物浓度P和排气二氧化碳为状态变量的谷氨酸发酵过程的动态时变模型。 This paper presents a dynamic time varying model of glutamic acid fermentation process. The state variables of the model are the cell concentration, the substrate concentration, the concentration of glutamic acid and the concentration of the exhausted CO 2 etc. On the basis of the model, this paper also presents a method to on line predict and estimate the biochemical state variables which are on line unmeasurable. This method is a combination of recursive interpolation and self-tuning miltistep prediction based on the CARMA model. Furthermore, a nonlinear extended KALMAN filter is used for filtering noises, estimating values of the state variables X, P,S and the parameter values of the model.
