摘要
目前,我国企业对传统绩效管理和现代绩效管理的认识模糊。文章从人性观、内容、目的、管理者和员工的参与方式、侧重点、考核频率、考核标准和考核者等八个不同的角度进行了比较分析,提出应全面实施绩效管理。
China's enterprises do not have a clear idea about traditional performance management and modern performance management. This paper analyzes eight aspects of performance management: human nature, content, objective, participation and relation between administrators and staff, the emphasized point,times of apraisal, standard of appraisal and examiner. It suggests that enterprises should carry out a comprehensive performance management.
