摘要
本文报道以高压液相色谱法为定量手段,研究了六头本地山羊一次肌肉注射环丙沙星(2.8mg/kg)后,血中环丙沙星的药代动力学规律。测定条件:shimpackCLC-ODS,150×6mm不锈钢柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(10:10:80V/V/V;内含0.3%四丁基氢氧化铵,pH2.8±0.2);紫外检测波长:277nm。吡哌酸作内标,主要药动学参数为:M=3.59±1.83(μg/mL);Ka=(4.01±1.13)/h;K=(0.55±0.31)/h;T(1/2)Ka=0.18±0.06(h);T(1/2)K=1.69±1.06(h);Tmax=0.61±0.16(h);Cmax=2.09±0.7(μg/mL);AUC=58.3±1.34[μg/(mL.h)];CL(B)=0.51±0.21[mL/(kg.h)];V=1.10±0.45(L/kg)。
