摘要
对满天星试管苗采用ＩＢＡ不同浓度和不同时间处理进行瓶外生根试验。结果表明：ＩＢＡ浓度为７５ｍｇ／Ｌ浸沾２５ｍｉｎ，试管苗发根率、根长、根数、株高增长量等综合性状表现最佳。
The experiment was carried on rooting of babysbreath tissue cultured shoots bytreating with a series of IBA concentrations at different time ex virto. The results showed thatthe best rooted seedlings were obtained by 75 mg/L IBA soaking for 25 min and many increas-es were observed which are in root formation,root length,root numrer and the rate of rootedseedlings,as well as seedling growth.
