摘要
目的：探讨桡骨远端稳定骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法：局麻下小切口开放撬拨复位石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端稳定骨折26例。结果：23例获随访时间6～20个月（平均10个月），腕关节功能良好。结论：局麻下小切口开放撬拨复位石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端稳定骨折创伤小，操作简单，经济安全，疗效可靠，值得推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical outcome and method in treatment of stable fracture of the distal radius. Methods ： Under the condition of local anaesthesia, 26 patients with stable fracture of the distal radius were treated with minimally incision, fracture reposition by lever bone under direct visualization, and cast fixation. Results： The 23 patients were followed up for 6 to 20 months （mean 10 months）. Fine function recovery of carpal joint was obtained. Conclusions： Employing the method in treatment of stable fracture of the distal radius is less invasive,easy handling, cheaper, safer, and reliable effect, so it is worth to be widely used.
