摘要
行政诉讼类型化是20世纪以来各国行政诉讼制度发展的共同趋势之一。近年来,我国行政法学界也开始关注这一课题。文章从学术史的角度对这一领域的研究成果进行了系统梳理与评述,旨在为行政诉讼类型问题研究的深入奠定基础。
The administrative lawsuit type is one of the common trends in all countryg administration lawsuit system since 21 century. Recently, our country＇s administrative law scholars have paid attention to this field. In order to strengthen the research about the administrative lawsuit type, the author remark all treatises from three aspects.
