摘要
建立了经济增长对财政科技投入的传递函数模型,进一步探讨二者间的动态关系,分析财政科技投入对经济增长的滞后效应,并给出相应的政策建议。
this paper sets up a transfer function model which makes further research on the dynamic relationship between fiscal expenditure for science＆ technology and economic growth and the lageffect of the expenditure tot science ＆ technology on economic growth, at last some suggestion is given in this paper.
