摘要
设定知识资源为居间变量和边界条件,本文构建知识灰生成对知识发酵吧影响机理的理论研究模型,进行理论假设推理。集成和融合基于偏差校正的非百分位Bootstrap法及fsQCA法,对高新技术企业进行实证检验,结果表明:(1)知识灰生成对知识发酵吧具有正向促进作用;(2)知识场散度、知识场通量与知识场域制度化在知识灰生成对知识发酵吧的作用过程中发挥中介作用;(3)知识转移频度正向调节知识场散度、知识场通量、知识场域制度化在知识灰生成与知识发酵吧关系之间的中介作用。
This study sets knowledge resources as intermediate variables and boundary conditions,constructs theoretical research model of influence mechanism of knowledge gray generation on knowledge fermentation bar,makes out hypothesis.Empirical tests are conducted with high-tech enterprises by integrating the nonparametric percentile Bootstrap method of deviation correction and fsQCA method,results show that:(1)Knowledge gray generation has positive effect on knowledge fermentation bar.(2)Knowledge field divergence,knowledge field flux and knowledge field institutionalization play mediating roles in the function process of knowledge gray generation on knowledge fermentation bar.(3)The frequency of knowledge transfer positively moderates the mediating roles of knowledge field divergence,knowledge field flux and knowledge field institutionalization of the relationships between knowledge gray generation and knowledge fermentation bar.
