摘要
长三角地区已成为国际制造业的重要生产基地和带动中国经济增长的“火车头”。作为中国经济最发达的地区,长三角实现可持续率先发展有着坚实基础和良好条件,但也面临着一些新的挑战,诸如环境资源人口压力巨大、经济粗放增长、社会矛盾累积等。坚持以科学发展观为指导,积极探索,不断创新,在初步实现率先发展的基础上,继续向更高层次推进,保持率先发展的势头,并且由经济的率先发展走向全面的率先发展、和谐的率先发展、可持续的率先发展,这是长三角未来发展的必由之路,也是作为中国经济最发达地区的应有责任。
