摘要
目的探讨牛磺酸对2型糖尿病血瘀证患者脂质代谢的影响。方法将40例2型糖尿病血瘀证患者随机分为牛磺酸治疗组和常规治疗组各20例,观察牛磺酸对2型糖尿病血瘀证患者血糖、血脂等指标的影响。结果牛磺酸治疗组果糖胺(FA)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等改善程度明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论牛磺酸具有改善糖尿病血瘀证患者糖、脂代谢等作用,上述作用可能是其改善糖尿病血瘀证的作用机制之一。
Objective： To study the effects of taurine on the lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes with blood stasis syndrome. Method： 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in syndrome of blood stasis were divided randomly into 2 groups, the one was therapy group with taurine and the other was conventional therapy group. Each group had 20 patients. The index of blood glucose, blood fat were detected after using taurine. Results.. Compared with the conventional therapy group, FA, TG, LDL-C were improved obviously in the taurine therapy group. Conclusion. Taurine has functions of improving glyco-lipid metabolism, these functions maybe the important mechanism of taurine for its therapic action which may improve the state of type 2 diabetes mellitus in syndrome of blood stasis.
