基于材质特性的空间曲面展开算法

Surface Development Algorithm Based on Material Character

摘要 利用测地线完成待展开曲面的区域化和网格映射,并调整映射过程中产生的网格能量以减少扭曲形变,最后根据测地曲线的特征完成三维曲面到二维平面的展开.方法中使用更适宜模拟材质特性的网格模型,有利于考察不同材质对展开结果的影响.结果证明这是一种运算快速简洁而且结果精确的曲面展开法. Geodesic was used to divide the surface into several regions and mesh the surface, then energy of the meshed surface was adjusted to minimize the deformation. Finally, the development from 3D surface to 2D planar counterpart based on the character of geodesic was realized. A more suitable mesh model for the material character simulation was adopted in the method, which was beneficial to investigate the influence of different materials on development. Results showed that the development method had better effect and less deformation.
