摘要
为改善聚氨酯合成革的服装穿着舒适性,本文采用超细蚕丝粉体改性聚氨酯合成革,力求提高合成革的透湿量。试验发现,将超细蚕丝粉体改性聚氨酯合成革后,合成革的透湿性明显改善。透湿量随着蚕丝粉体量的增加、透湿时间的延长而增大,且合成革的厚度对其透湿量也产生一定影响,它们之间呈现一定的三维曲面关系。
To enhance the water vapor permeability of the PU synthetic clothing leather and improve its wearing comfort performance,we use ultra-fine silk powder to modify the PU film,which manufactured by wet film forming process.Found by the test we found after modified by the ultra-fine silk powder,the moisture-permeable performance of the PU synthetic leather improved significantly.And the more silk powder,the more increase water vapor permeability.We also found the water vapor permeability increasing with the test time.At the same time,the thickness of synthetic leather also have an impact on the water vapor permeability.It exhibited a spatial relation between wool powder quantity,film thickness and moisture permeability.
