摘要
本文从生理学和心理学角度说明道德教育贯穿于人生的各个发展阶段，并从世界范围内分析了道德教育的重要地位，论述了新形势下道德教育不仅能够抑制市场经济中出现的＂道德失范＂和＂价值失落＂现象，而且对整个市场经济的运行具有重要意义。文章认为在社会主义市场经济体制下，道德教育是最重要的德育内容之一，因为每个人首先应成为有道德的合格公民，在此基础上才能形成真正坚定的政治方向、立场和更高层次的共产主义道德理想。因此，应该把道德教育放在一个新的高度来认识。进一步改进和加强我国的道德教育。同时，强调了吸收和借鉴外国经验的重要性。
The paper shows that moral education runs through every period of the course of anyone's growing up from angles of physiology and psychology, introduces the important situation of moral education throughout the world, and deals with the moral education which can not only control the phenomenon of Moral outing and Value missing in market economy but also promote the market economy to run normally. The paper also points out that moral education is the most important content of the idealogical education under the condition of socialist market economy. Because anyone should become a.qualified citizen in moral first, he can really becomes a person with firm policital stand and moral ideal of communist on the basis. Thus,we should deal with the moral education at a new height , and further strengthen moral education in the idealogical education. In the meantime, the paper emphasizes the importance of absorbing and using the experience of the other countries for reference.
