摘要
以水为提取剂,对金银花中的绿原酸进行逆流提取。重点研究了该工艺中影响绿原酸提取率的主要因素,得出了合理的操作参数,即提取温度80℃,提取液pH 3.5,最初料液比(g∶mL)1∶20,提取时间逐级为30、20、15和10 min的4级逆流提取,此时绿原酸的提取率及原料、溶剂的利用率均最高。该法简单易行,并可节约大量资源。
The technology of countercurrent extraction was applied to extract chlorogenic acid from Flos lonicerae, with water as the extracting solvent. Meanwhile, the effects of some key factors related to the extract rate of chlorogenic acid were mainly investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: countercurrent extraction.of 4 levels, pH 3.5 at 80℃2, with 1:20 as the original ratio of material to solvent, and 30 min, 20 min, 15 min or 10 min as extracting time in respective gradient level. In conclusion, the extract rate of chlorogenic acid as well as the utilized rate of raw material and solvent were higher than other methoel and it is feasibility of practical operation.
