摘要
与东部地区相比,西部地区的经济增长明显乏力,东、西部差距日益扩大。在西部开发过程中,非正式制度发挥着重要作用。应优化非正式制度,克服其对经济发展的阻碍作用,促进西部快速发展。
Compared with eastern area, the economic growth of the western region is obviously weak. The disparity between east and west is expanded day by day. In the course of western development, the unofficial system is playing an important role. How to optimize the unofficial system, overcome its hindrance function on economic development, promote the western fast development, has already become the important research subject.
