摘要
为探讨难治性慢性前列腺炎（ＣＰｔ）的治疗方法，对７４例经不同方法治疗失败的难治性ＣＰｔ患者行前列腺射频热疗并辅以口服环丙沙星片治疗，并对治疗前后的临床症状改善情况及前列腺液镜检结果进行对照，结果除３例首次热疗后自觉症状加重而中止治疗外，余７１例完成全疗程，其中６１例治愈或有效。认为射频热疗辅以环丙沙星治疗是一种较传统方法疗效较好的治疗难治性ＣＰｔ的新方法。
patients with chronic prostatitis, who failed in various traditional treatments in many hospital, received radio-frequency hyperthermra while taking ciprofloxacin. The curative effect was satisfactory. It was suggested that this method was a good way to treat refractory chronic prostatitis.
