摘要
为初步探讨前列腺增生(BPH)的射频热疗机理,对11例射频热疗后和12例未行射频热疗的人前列腺标本的病理组织学和前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)免疫组化表达进行观察。结果表明:射频可使邻近尿道的前列腺组织变性坏死、平滑肌断裂、PSA表达明显减弱,然后纤维组织增生修复,对射频热疗机理及影响临床疗效的有关因素进行了初步讨论,认为射频热疗既可通过前列腺实质坏死、组织修复来扩大尿道内腔,亦可通过破坏或阻断前列腺组织中α-受体以及前列腺平滑肌变性坏死来减轻BPH的动力性因素;射频热疗对前列腺体积相对较小的BPH患者不适宜。
The pathological change and PSA expression were studied in the human prostatic tissue specimens of 12 controls and 11 patients underwent radio-frequency hyperthermia (RF).The results showed: after RF, the periurethral prostatic parenchymal haemorrhages and coagulation necrosis, smooth muscle fibres break, much lower expression of PSA, then fibroelastosis. The hyperthermal mechanism and relevant factors of affecting clinical effect were disscussed.
