摘要
为探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)中的作用,对30例BPH、10例青年正常前列腺(YNP)和8例老年非增生前列腺(ONP)组织的EGFR、T及E2的含量进行分析。结果表明:BPH组织中每mg蛋白EGFR含量(64.89±25.05fmol/mg)显著高于ONP组(28.13±5.73fmol/mg)(P<0.01),且EGFR与T之间相互调节关系较ONP、YNP组显著加强。提示BPH中EGFR生物活性的提高及其与性激素调节关系的改变与BPH的发生具有密切联系。
Quantitation of the saturable binding sites for radioiodinated EGF, testosterone (T)and estradiol (E2)were determined using EGF binding assay and radioimmunoassay in the prostate tissues from 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), 10 yung men with normal prostate (YNP)and 8 old men with non-hyperplastic prostate (ON P). The results showed the content of EGFR in BPH tissue was significantly higher than that in the ONP tissue(P<0. 01) and the correlation between EGFR and T became more close. This meant that the enhancing of biological active EGFR and the changing of relationship between EGFR and steroid hormone may play imortant roles in the development of BPH.
