摘要
硅溶胶陶瓷型壳可通过室温胶态成型法制得,使用的原料有FS-Ⅱ型快干硅溶胶,JN-30硅溶胶和石英粉。实验研究发现:控制环境温度(22±2)℃,相对湿度50%~60%,风速4~6m/s时,FS-Ⅱ型快干硅溶胶陶瓷型的胶凝硬化时间为3h,而JN-30硅溶胶陶瓷型为12h。通过普通硅溶胶和快干硅溶胶的结构与稳定性比较分析快干硅溶胶陶瓷型的胶凝快干机理。
It is found that coagulation cure time for FS-Ⅱ quick-dry silica sol ceramic shell is 3h in experiment details at ambient temperature 22+2℃, relative humidity 50%-60%, wind velocity 4-6m/s. However,JN-30 silica sol ceramic shell is 12h.Coagulation quick drying mechanism for quick-dry silica sol ceramic shell was analyzed by comparison between the stability and structure on common silica sol and quick-dry silica sol.
