摘要
合流制溢流污水处理装置是控制溢流污染的主要措施,而沉淀池的流态是决定其运行效果的关键因素。为此借助大型计算流体力学软件———Fluent,采用标准κ-ε双方程湍流模型,对沉淀单元的流态进行了数值模拟。结果表明,该装置处理合流制溢流污水的效果较好,对SS、COD和TP的去除率分别可达80%、75%和85%;出水SS浓度与出水流速有关,出水流速越大则SS浓度越高;设置斜板和挡板可改善沉淀池的流态,提高其除污效果。
The overflow sewer treatment facility is the main method in controlling the combined sewer overflows(CSOs),and flow-field distribution in the sedimentation tank is the key factor of successful operations.Using the standard k-εtwo equation model and with the help of Fluent--the most commonly used computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software,the flow-field distribution in the sedimentation tank was simulated.The results show that the facility has good effects on the treatment of CSOs.SS,COD and TP removal rates can reach 80%,75%and 85%respectively.The effluent SS concentration is related to the effluent velocity,whereas the quicker the velocity,the higher the SS concentration.Setting inclined plate and baffle plate can improve the flow-field distribution in the sedimentation tank,thus increase its efficiency of pollutant removal.
