摘要
我国高等教育正在实现从精英教育到大众教育的转变。大学数学教育,在课程设置、教学内容和教学方法的改革、创新等方面,都取得了可喜的结果。但是这些成果还远不能满足人才知识构成、能力结构对基础理论技能的需要,与大众化的高等教育还不相适应。美国教材《微积分》以新的视角和新的思维,展示了美国大众化大学数学教育的理念,提供了一种崭新的模式,为我国大众化高等数学教育和教材建设提供了参照。
In our country, the transformation has been realized from the outstanding education to the popular in high educational field. The mathematics education in university has obtained the encouraging result in curriculum, teaching content and method. But the achievements cannot meet the talented persons＇ need of the basic theory skill and so it still not adapts to the popular higher education. The American textbook ＂Fluxionary Calculus＂ shows the new concepts of popular mathematic education and it＇s a kind of new model. It provides a reference system for our popular higher education and textbook construction.
