摘要
目的探讨直肠癌Miles手术会阴切口一期缝合的可行性及处理方法。方法总结68例低位直肠癌Miles手术会阴切口采取分层一期缝合的方法和围手术期处理经验。结果本组患者会阴部切口均一期愈合,无切口感染、裂开等并发症。结论Miles手术会阴切口采取分层一期缝合安全可行,能够减少患者的痛苦,缩短住院时间,有利于患者的康复,提高病人生活质量。
[Objective] To explore the feasilibity and Management of the primary suture of perineal incision in Miles operation of rectal cancer. [Methods] The stratified primary suture of the perineal incision and the experience of perioperative period in 68 cases of low rectal cancer receiving Miles operation were summarized. [Results] All 68 cases obtained perineal incision primary healing, without any complication such as infection and disruption of incisional wound and so on. [Conclusion] The stratified primary suture of perineal incision in Miles operation is safe and feasible. Meanwhile it can reduce patients＇ distress, shorten the hospitalization, be propitious to patients＇ rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
