摘要
高校人力资源管理者必须在观念和方法上不断改革,树立“以人为本”的理念,认识建立人力资源激励机制的重要意义,建立和完善科学的人力资源激励机制,创造性地运用激励策略,以进一步推动我国高校人力资源管理工作的科学化、系统化进程。
The administrative personnel of human resources should be continuously advancing their concept and approaches in order to drive the proceeding of the scientification and systematization of administrating the human resources in universities. It is necessary for them to adopt the idea of humanism, to recognize the important significance of establishing and perfecting the proper excitation mechanism, and to apply the strategies of the excitation mechanism creatively.
