摘要
分析了高效液相色谱、毛细管电泳和膜分离等技术的基本原理及分离模式,并对其应用于大豆多肽物质分离纯化的研究进展进行了综述,展望了在这一领域的发展前景。
In this paper, the fundamental principle and mode of high -performance liquid chromatography, capillary eleotrophoresis and film separation, etc., are reviewed, and a review was made on the recent development in separation and purification of soy polypeptides. The prospects for them in this field is anticipated.
