摘要
端面摩擦副是潜艇艉轴密封装置中最重要的元件,在很大程度上决定了艉轴密封装置的使用性能和寿命。选用几种目前使用较普遍的摩擦副材料,如2Cr13不锈钢、不锈钢C钢、08Cr17N i6T不锈钢、硬质合金等与碳精环进行了匹配试验。通过对试验结果进行综合分析和比较,结果表明,硬质合金为最佳的匹配材料,且密封性能良好,在试验条件下其最大泄漏量不大于2 L/h。
Friction materials are the most important element of stern shaft sealing, and they almost decide the performance and the longevity of the stern shaft sealing. Several friction materials in common use, such as stainless steel of 2Cr13, stainless steel of C, stainless steel of 08CrlTNi6T and hard alloy,were selected to carry through the matching examination with the carbon ring. By analyzing and contrasting of the examination resu matching material ,which has perfect seal capability and maximal leakage its, it is showed that the hard alloy is the optimal less than or equal to 2 L/h in the test.
