摘要
为提高大型低挥发分煤锅炉运行经济性,通过在不同炉型上实炉试验研究,提出煤粉细度是影响低挥发分煤锅炉飞灰可燃物的主要因素之一,采用极细煤粉燃烧是提高低挥发分煤锅炉运行经济性的主要途径,由此带来的收益远比制粉系统运行成本的增加要大,运行经济性提高。研究成果可在燃用低挥发分煤的在役电厂及新建电厂中推广。
In order to improve the operating economy of large low-volatile coal-fired boilers, experimental studies were carried out at different types of boilers. The results show that the improvement of coal fineness is one of the major factors which impact the unburnt carbon in fly ash for low-volatile coal-fired boilers. To employ very fine coal fineness is the main measures for improvement of boiler operation economics, through which more benefits can be obtained than the increasing of operating cost. This can be deployed for existing and new-built power plants firing low-volatile coal.
