摘要
介绍了动态闭合／开启接触电阻测试系统的组成及功能，并利用此系统测取纯银触点及丝材在开启闭合及油膜等条件下的接触压力－接触电阻关系曲线，讨论其曲线的不重合现象。当触头表面有污染时曲线形状发生改变，接触压力小时发生不导电现象，还研究了污染影响电接触的问题。
The authors have studied the constitution and function of dynamic open/close contact resistance test system. Pure silver contacts and Ag wire were measured with this sys tem under the condition of open,close and oil film on surface. It was found that the curves of contact pressure resistance were not coineideat.When contact surface was covered with oil film,the curves changed.Because of the pollution,the contacts became inconductivity when contact pressure was too low. The effect of sweat pollution resulting from production process also was studied.
