摘要
用有机粘结剂和焦粉制备配碳锰矿团块。试验表明,团块的热抗压强度高,热膨胀正常,高温比电阻大,软溶性能和还原性能好,从而有利于改善标快电炉的熔炼状况,降低电耗。
Organic binder was used for making carbon-bearing briquette with manganese ore and coke fines in the experiment. The investigation result showed that the briquette possessesced high thermal strength,normal thermal swelling, high resistivity at high temperature, better softening-melting property and reducibility, therefore it was beneficial to the imporvement of smelting condition of ferromanganese electric furnace and the electrical energy saving of the product.
