摘要
目的了解青藏高原唐古特大黄不同成分提取物及不同方法提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法采用稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果唐古特大黄提取物中鞣质类成分、蒽醌苷类成分和蒽醌苷元类成分有较强的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用显著,MIC值均(0.1g/m l。大黄醇提物抑菌作用优于水提物。结论青藏高原唐古特大黄不同成分提取物及不同方法提取物均有抑制细菌和真菌的作用。**
Objective To study bacteriostasis of the alcohlic extract or aqueous extract and different extracts from Qing - zang tanguticum rheum in Vitro . Methods Determination of minimal inhibitory concentration of tanguticum rhubarb to five pathogenic bacteria was done by dilution metering. Results Tannins and anthraquinone from tanguticum rhubarb exhibit strong bacteriostasis . Staphylococcus was inhibited significantly . The extract of tanguticum rhubarb was also strong effect on bacteriostasis. Conclusion The alcohlic extract or aqueous extract and different extracts from Qing-zang tanguticum rheum show inhibitary effect on bacteria and fungus.
