摘要
南阳牛是我国著名的地方良种,与国外品种肉牛相比,其产肉产奶性能较低。因此,搞好南阳牛育种工作,创新培育南阳牛肉乳兼用新品系,开发利用南阳牛皮是提高南阳黄牛产业水平的必由之路。
Nanyang cattle belong to our local fine variety relative to foreign breed beef cattle, its capability of producing meat and milk is quite low. So it is the only way that makes the breeding work well, innovates and fosters the new variety of Nanyang beef and milk, develops and utilizes cowskin of Nanyang for advancing the level of Nanyang cattle industry.
