家畜优良品种资源保存是畜牧生产的重要内容。现代生物技术的飞速发展为畜禽遗传资源的保存和利用提供了新的途径和技术手段。客观地分析了中国黄牛的特点及保种的必要性,探讨了传统活体保种的利弊,综述了超低温冷冻精液、冷冻卵子或卵巢、冷冻胚胎、全基因组保种和其他现代生物保种方法。
The conservation of fine livestock breed is an important part of animal production. The rapid development of biotechnology provides new way and technique for conservation and utilization of livestock genetic resource, The characteristics and necessity for conservation of Chinese Yellow Cattle were objectively analyzed, The technique of super-low temperature conservation of semen, ovum or ovary, embryo, conservation of total genome and other biotechnical methods were summarized in the paper.
