摘要
采用钛醇盐为前驱体,利用溶胶-凝胶技术制得0.016、0.033、0.33mol/L纳米TiO2水溶胶,其粒径为20~50nm。以该溶胶对白色纯棉布进行整理,可取得良好的抗紫外效果,且效果持久,水洗20次后UPF值等级仍为50+。
Water-based nano titanium dioxide sol is prepared by sol-gel method with titanium alkoxides as precursor, the concentrations are 0.016, 0. 033 and 0. 33 mol/L respectively, and diameters range from 20-50nm. White cotton fabric treated with above sol features excellent and durable UV protection, evenafter 20 cycles laundering, UPF level remains above 50.
