摘要
耐湿摩擦牢度是深浓色纯棉染色布的重要质量指标之一 ,也是染整工艺上的一个技术难题。作者阐述了“耐摩擦牢度”的机理 ,并根据长期生产经验 ,分析了影响湿摩擦牢度的因素 ,提出优选染料品种、控制布面 pH值、加强固色后处理等措施。
Based on the authors experiences, reasons of poor color fastness to wet crocking of cotton woven fabric in deep shade are discussed.The measures of improving the fastness are put forward,such as optimizing the dyestuff,controlling the pH value of the fabric as well as using appropriate fixing agent.
