1-甲基环丙烯对猕猴桃贮藏品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以“秦美”和“海沃德”猕猴桃为试材,研究了0℃贮藏期间及贮藏30,60,90和120d后转入货架期间1-M CP(1-甲基环丙烯)对果实呼吸速率、乙烯释放速率、硬度、可滴定酸含量、可溶性固型物含量的影响。结果表明,在0℃贮藏条件下,0.1u l/l浓度的1-M CP可以显著抑制贮藏期间果实呼吸速率和乙烯产生速率,延缓果实硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,减缓可溶性固形物含量的上升;货架期间1-M CP对果实呼吸速率和乙烯产生速率同样有显著的抑制作用,同时延缓果实硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,减缓可溶性固形物含量的上升。两个品种相比,海沃德猕猴桃的乙烯产生远比秦美低,乙烯高峰出现也晚,果实的软化进程也比秦美猕猴桃慢。
