摘要
以CJ16接触器为例,从批量生产中产品性能离散性出发,抓住主要的动态配合性能,仿真分析了计及弹簧体公差的实际反力特性与动态吸力特性的配合.应用动态仿真软件,籍助正交因子法,分析了现行产品各弹簧零件公差范围的可行性。
The paper takes contactor CJ16 for example.Beginning with product separability of repetitive manufacture,we pay special attention to dynamic match.The match practical anti-force characteristics of the spring tolerant range combined with those of dynamic attraction are simulated and analysed.The possibility of spring tolerent range of products is analysed by appling dynamic simulating software and orthogonal factorization method.The authors present improvements that have practical value for increasing efficiency of repetitive manufacture.
