摘要
应用动态规划法综合求取有载调压变压器分接头、配电站电容器和馈线电容器的控制策略,实现电压控制和无功优化,并满足控制调节次数约束. 为了减少计算量,提出了一种启发式的简化算法. 算例结果表明了算法的有效性及可行性.
To find a proper dispatching schedule for the OLTC and shunt capacitors in a distribution substation and those on distribution feeders, a dynamic programming approach is presented. Practical constrains on maximum allowable number of switching operations in 24 hours for the OLTC and capacitors are taken into account. In order to reduce the computational effort, a heuristic method is proposed. The numerical result clearly shows the validity and feasibility of this approach in solving Voltage/VAR control problems.
