摘要
陶瓷/金属焊接过程中容易产生残余应力,将影响到产品的可靠性。应用薄壳理论推导的理论公式对典型焊接结构的应力分布进行了理论计算,同时应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该结构的应力进行了数值计算。结果表明理论计算与有限元分析结果一致,同时ANSYS可以给出详细的应力分布,完全可以应用于陶瓷/金属焊接的应力计算。
The residual stress produced easily during the welding of ceramic and metal can affect the reliability of products. The stress distribution of the typical welding structure was calculated by using theoretical formula which was derived from thin -shell theory, as well as the stress of the structure was calculated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results showed that the results achieved from theoretical and finite element analysis were coincident, and ANSYS showed the detailed stress distribution, which can be used to calculate the residual stress of the welded ceramic/metal joint.
