摘要
针对冷体TIG堆焊工艺应用于钢基体上铜密封环生产上的问题开展研究工怍,并以HS201为环体材料,堆焊的环体进行了拉伸、剪切和硬度测试。结果表明,采用恰当的堆焊工艺参数可得到高质量的铜合金密封环,冷体TIG堆焊方法满足实际的钢基体上铜密封环的焊接生产要求。
The problems generated during the cold body tungsten inert gas (TIG) surfacing of gland ring were investigated. Tensile strength, shear strength and hardness of the HS201 gland ring were tested. The results showed that high quality of the copper alloy gland ring can be achieved when the optimized welding parameters were used. The test showed that TIG surfacing can meet the production requirement of the actual gland ring.
