The plasticity of voltage-gated sodium channel subunits and neuropathic pain.

摘要 电压门控性钠通道包括多个α亚单位和β亚单位。大量研究表明,神经元的异常兴奋是神经性疼痛产生的主要原因之一,并且这种异常兴奋与钠离子通道亚单位的可塑性有关。本文就目前研究较多的几种钠通道亚单位的可塑性与神经性疼痛的关系作一综述。 Voltage-gated sodium channel includes many types of α subunits and βsubunits.Hyperexcitability of neurons plays a critical role in the generation of neuropathic pain, and appears to be intimately linked to the plasticity of voltage-gated sodium channel subunits. This review focuses on the relationship between the plasticity of voltage-gated sodium channel subunits and neuropathic pain states.
