摘要
制备了数种作为SOD模拟物的Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸络合物,在pH=7.8及(20.0±0.5)℃条件下,用细胞色素C法测定了各络合物对超氧阴离子自由基O-2歧化反应的催化活性,得到了催化速率常数kcat,其值比非催化速率常数k提高了4~5个数量级。讨论了配体分子结构对络合物SOD样活性的影响,并对实验结果作了初步解释。
Some copper(Ⅱ)-amino acid complexes as analogues of SOD were prepared.The activities of these complexes catalyzing dismutation of superoxide anion radical O-2 were measured by cytochrome C method at(20.0±0.5)℃and pH=7.8.The apparent catalytic rate constants kcat were obtained, these kcat are 104 ̄105 times the value of the noncatalytic rate constants.The effect of structure of ligand and molecules on the SOD-like activities of these complexes were discussed.
